Reviews

“It’s in the name- ‘Care Beyond’ genuinely goes above and beyond for its service users in providing support and assisting in all ways they possibly can. They are quite easy to talk to and don’t scare you away with a mountain of paper work- like most NDIS service providers do.”

Hearing lots of positive things about Maple’s responsiveness, service quality and support ideology. I understand Maple is providing person-centred support to a number of clients I have supported over the last few years who often have had difficulty “fitting the mould”. Good stuff and just wanted to pass on the great things I have been hearing.

I have a severely autistic son who is intellectually disabled. He has extreme behavioural issues. We have to provide constant around the clock care for him. The simple things that "normal families" take for granted like:Read more shopping, getting our son's a haircut and simple taking the kids to the park becomes a nightmare for us. We have had various companies and people walk through our door to provide assistance and help. Some people came but never returned as my son is complex needs. Some worker(s) behaved differently with our son in front of us and neglected him behind our back. Other companies/people where purely interested in the NDIS funding for minimal or no service. While other companies didn't want to want to provide care or service because the amount of NDIS funding was not worth their time or effort. My husband's mate referred us to Care Beyond Services. The management team came to meet and greet the whole family at our home. I was impressed by the way they listened attentively to our needs, wants and requirements. And catered according to it without compromise. They even deliver on short notice. They were punctual, professional, very friendly and extremely empathetic. From experience I can say that the Care Beyond Services are extremely helpful in connecting you to other services and providers who share the same work ethic and values as them. Their staff are amazing and beautiful people who genuinely make a difference to not just the disabled person, but the whole family. Our support worker Joanne is amazing. She reduced me to tears when I first met her. She provided after school personal care to our son. She made me a cup of tea and attended to his several bowel movements. In between she washed my dishes. And smiled and carried on pleasantly talking. She said, "it’s only a few hours out of my time and if that makes your life easy then why not?" Our other support worker is Phillip. He is relentless. Nothing is difficult for him. His energy level exceeds our sons. The pair have incredible chemistry and Phill goes above and beyond to engage our son. For a severely autistic boy who has no social skills, Phill had changed his life. From experience I would say that Care Beyond Services have set a new benchmark for care in the industry."
