Mojtaba and Danyal

Mojtaba joined the Maple family at the end of 2019, when he and his family were looking for more than just a Support Worker to assist in Mojtaba’s NDIS journey. They wanted a network that truly cared, empowered, and supported Mojtaba each and every day.


They have found this at Maple Community Services.

Next on the list, once Lockdown is over, jumping on the iconic Sydney to Manly Ferry for a day trip full of exploring.

Jade and Lidia

Lidia is the grandmother and legal guardian of her three wonderful grandchildren; Jade, Joshua, and Alex.


As a last ditched effort before giving up on the NDIS, which had been providing supports to Jade and Alex, Lidia reached out to Maple Community Services, asking for assistance with Community Participation and Support Coordination.


“Coming across Maple – It was the best thing that happened to me, really. And then I found Brenton [Jade’s Support Coordination] – he’s really is my hero” Lidia said.


“Being Autistic, it can be difficult at times for Jade to build connections with people. Maple Community Services took this into account when looking for the perfect Support Worker for Jade. We knew it had to be someone she could relate to, someone young, and who she could enjoy girly activities with.” said Brenton. We knew Sophie would be a perfect match, and it has been fantastic to watch Jade flourish with Sophie by her side ever since.

Jonathan and Naqash

Jonathan has been a part of the Maple Community Services Family for over 18 months now, receiving Accommodation / SIL and Core Supports.


Check out the close bond Jonathan has formed with his Support Worker Naqash, and watch and listen to how these two have worked together to achieve Jonathan’s NDIS Goals, enabling him to live independently.


The highlight of Jonathan’s time here at Maple has been his ability to find, connect, rekindle a relationship with his father, of whom he has not seen in over 22 years.


The next goal on Jonathan’s list; to graduate from TAFE with a Diploma in IT.
