It’s important to us that every customer experience with Maple Community Services™ is a good one. So if we’ve gone above and beyond or we’ve fallen short of your expectations in some way, we would like to know. You can provide feedback through a couple of ways:
Hearing lots of positive things about Maple’s responsiveness, service quality and support ideology. I understand Maple is providing person-centred support to a number of clients I have supported over the last few years who often have had difficulty ‘fitting the mould’. Good stuff and just wanted to pass on the great things I have been hearing.
